Based in the United Kingdom, Site 23 aims to provide useful services to those who need it. Site 23 is the brain-child of Joe Sergeant and is usually just a sandbox for his wild ideas.
Recently though, a couple of these ideas have escaped from the sandbox. We currently host a popular wiki for the game Killing Floor, accompanied by a few Killing Floor dedicated game servers.
In January 2010 we launched Prowlr, a free web app for the iPhone & iPod touch.
